Shipping

STRYCTA ships orders from Iceland using standard postal and courier services.

Delivery method: Postal and courier services  
Carrier: Local and international shipping providers  
Delivery time: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination  
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout  

STRYCTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Icelandic and European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
